Peruvian (Chanchamayo Highland)


This coffee is a single origin, Direct Trade, USDA Organic bean from Peru, the Chanchamayo Highland Region. The coffee boasts a medium body,  with maple syrup aroma. Slightly nutty with fine acidity and a bright finish. Hints of brown sugar and cinnamon, with notes of buttery caramel.  We roast this coffee to a medium dark to bring out the finest qualities of the bean.  A great coffee enjoyed all day long.
